\\ OCEAN's MISSION \\
The OCEAN stands for The Oklahoma Center for Evolutionary ANalysis.
The OCEAN is housed in the Department of Psychology at Oklahoma State University, and incorporates faculty and graduate students from across disciplinary boundaries--each of whom uses an evolutionary approach to understand behavior.
Founded in 2019 by Dr. Byrd-Craven and Dr. Krems, The OCEAN fosters cross-cutting programs of research, trains future research faculty, and engages in educational outreach via FOSSIL and our Speaker Series.
